SHIPPING & RETURNS

Return Policy:

We hope you are happy with the items you purchased at Pnina Rosenblum, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, there's no problem, please read our return policy and act according to that.

 

When you can return an item? 

According to consumer low, purchased product can be returned within 14 days from their delivery.

You can returned all product which purchased online only with no use and in his original box without opened & delivery note that was given at that time. Pnina Rosenblum Ltd. Is the owner and will consider with the returned product situation.

How do you return an item?

* only can be made by our Delivery Service – Please Send us an email to: service@pnina.net with your full order number, details of the item you wish to return and the reason. We will contact you within 3 business days and coordinate to collect the returned item. 

The shipping fee for collecting the item is 70 NIS.

Please note: the returned items must be returned to the courier in the original Pnina Rosenblum cardboard box within which they were shipped.

Return & refund

• Please mention in your email if you wish to be online credit to your next perches or to be credit in your credit card you have been made your original payment that will be done with no fee. The refund will be made under the same conditions in which the original transaction was committed (if paid in installments, the refund will also be made in installments).

• Each return by our delivery service will cost 70 NIS.

• Return item collection will be done by the same details of the original order, if you wish to change it – please email us to service@pnina.net.

• Credit will be done within 14 days from return date. In the end of process you will get an approval to your email.

Please note:

* for PayPal purchases money reimbursement can only be made through the online store.

* Items purchased on sale can be returned within 5 business days only.

The items you purchased will be delivered to you by courier within 6 business days (The day of order is not considered a business day).The delivery will be sent to the address you entered in your order (subject to the distribution regions of courier company

 

Delivery & Shipping Policy:

*The service is available Sunday through Friday.

Delivery will be coordinate to the address you mention in your order while purchased. Our delivery services are working between 09:00 to 18:00 & will coordinate the delivery with phone call or previous notice before arrival. We recommend you to enter your delivery address that you are available during day time. If you missed a call from our delivery guy, he will try to contact you the next day. 

• Delivery times beyond the green line will be under the IDF guidelines at the time.

Delivery times:

On Sunday to Thursday – orders that will be made until 11:00 will be collected in the same day.  

It is under the customer responsibility to provide the correct address where they will be available during the distribution hours & remain available at the telephone number provided. Customer that the courier will not be able to reach because they are not at an address provided or not available – will not be eligible for a refund for the products.

Orders from locations outside the company's delivery regions will be sent via the delivery company according to regular shipping days.

Please make sure that the e-mail order form will be contain the correct address & phone number so we could be able to effect & coordinate the delivery time.

• Online Orders above 600 NIS, will be with no delivery fees. Online orders under 600 NIS, will cost 70 NIS delivery charges. Pnina Rosenblum Ltd Company can change the fees from time to time without any notice.

• Delivery fees – 70 NIS

 

Clarification

Business day is every day, except - Saturday, Friday, Sabbath days, holiday eves and holidays (Rosh Hashana, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Pesach, Shavuot, Purim, and Independence Day) and Tisha B'Av.

The order day is not considered a business day.
